Sounds like a dream come true? It was for Jolanta Zakrzewski, the winner of our Nanette Lepore Shopping Spree, which was featured exclusively on holtrenfrew.com, earlier this fall. Jolanta not only won the prize, but shared it with her daughter! (Both are pictured at left). Here the generous, and well-dressed, mom shares her spectacular spree experience...

Fall is here! Are there any items that you MUST-HAVE this season?
The tweed jackets, some with a touch of lace or fur, are irresistible. For ultimate femininity, the long skinny blazer is a must and anything with a ruffle is a sure hit. I'm loving all the boots: the tall suede riding ones, buckled slouch boots and the satin oxfords or ones with a peep-toe fringe. Last, but not least, anything purple!

What pieces screamed out, "pick me, pick me"?
My daughter and I are in love with jackets and coats so we had to have the knee-length white winter coat with large black buttons and the bow on one side of the collar. For contrast, we added Nanette Lepore's Manhattan black winter coat with the large open collar, one jewelled button and a rich purple lining. We also scooped up a purple sweater-jacket with a bow collar and a black sweater-jacket embroidered with lace.

We've gotta know, what's your favourite part of shopping on a spree?
You get to throw all of your inhibitions away and come out with some great clothes. Nanette Lepore has some really fabulous pieces; to have the pleasure of owning some of them is really amazing. Winning any shopping spree is amazing, but to win one at Holt Renfrew, well - that's the icing on the cake!

What do you look forward to when you come back to shop at Holt Renfrew?
The service, definitely. Everyone that helped us was warm and really cared about our experience in the store. They were very attentive, understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also love, love, love the endless list of inspiring designers available in store.
