Caryn Lerner, President & CEO of Holt Renfrew today announced the appointments of two senior executives at Canada’s leading specialty luxury retailer. Diane J. Whidden joins as Vice President, Human Resources as Holt’s current V.P. Mark Derbyshire advances to the position of Chief Talent Officer with the Wittington Fashion Retail Group & Vice President, Wittington Investments, Limited, effective May 28th, 2007. Whidden joins Holt Renfrew from Toronto’s Bridgepoint Health, where she was Vice President, Leadership and Organizational Development. She received prior industry acclaim during her progressive 26-year career with Zurich Insurance, her final position solidifying international experience as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Zurich North America, a role in which she helped secure “Top Employer” recognition for Zurich’s innovative employee programs.

Tracy Fellows has been appointed to the role as Vice President, Marketing, effective June 4th, 2007, joining Holt Renfrew from Canadian Tire Corporation, Ltd., where she served for the last six years as Vice President, Consumer Advertising and Marketing. Fellows spearheaded the development and execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns that have driven substantial business results, repositioned and revitalized the Company’s brand, while earning her widespread industry and professional recognition.
