Holt Renfrew is pleased to offer online order pick up at all store locations. Order online before 12 PM local time of the pick up location, and your order will be available for pick up the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM local time will be available for pick up the next business day. Your pick up time may be delayed if there are issues with the payment details provided on your order. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

Purchase Online

Before adding products to your Bag, select the Pick Up In-Store button and choose your preferred pick up location. If your preferred location is unavailable for pick up, the item will be available to ship to you. Your credit card will not be charged until you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You may designate a secondary person to pick up your order by inputting their information into the Pick Up Person section during check out.

Picking Up Your Order

Look for an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up at your selected location. A government issued photo identification matching the designated pick up person, or billing contact, must be presented upon pick up. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be returned and refunded back to the original method of payment.

Curbside Pick Up

Curbside Pick Up is now available at Holt Renfrew. When you receive the “Your Order is Ready” email, please follow the steps enclosed to schedule your pick up.


Pick Up items are subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order. Please refer to your pick up confirmation email for status updates on your items.
